Ups And Downs

My emotions was totally controlled by Him today. In just one day, I experienced sadness and hopes. I was very terrified and amazed. When I am too comfort in my life, I will feel insecure as well. I am worry that the happiness can be taken away anytime. I can't do anything but to face it. Peole say, live happily everyday and forget about the unhappiness or no matter happy or sad, life still go on, so why don't you enjoy your days happily? But can we easily do that?

Anyway...I am sure to leave my whole life to Him as I am sure he will love me forever as well.

Waiting Is Killing Me Softly

Well, hubby and I are waiting for something. I hate this waiting period so much. I hate waiting. As I keep waiting, I do not know what will I get in the end. I remembered that once I waited my friends for 2 hours at the street when I was in Form 1, I was 13 years old. We promised to gather at a place at 10 AM for a project. We did not have handphone that time and I did called them using public phones and they said they were coming soon on my 1st call. After an hour, I called again and nobody at home. But my friends only arrive at 12PM. Of course they did apologized to me but my heart was happy instead because at least I saw them at last!

And this "waiting" had bother us for about 2 weeks. I slowly develop a good patience attitude. Bless me!

Special Announcement On A Special Date

Today is another special date that many couples tied a knot today! There are some special celebrations or activities held out just to remember this date. I don't have anything special here because hubby is working but I don't want to miss a special date like this too. So I decided to make an annoucement that will change my life.

My friends out there....you must be thinking that I might be pregnant? No No No..not that lucky yet. The thing that will change our life soon is that we will be leaving Jordan for good soon!!! Yeah, hubby's contract ends finally. And I just realised, we are here for 1 year. I was trying to recap what we have done so far here when I got the news from hubby. Well, proud to say that we had visited almost all the tourist attraction places here and at least I learned and familiar with the cultures here. I guess I will miss the weather the most because Malaysia is too hot and I can't dress variety like what I did here.

We do not know where will be our next station but when hubby ask for my preference, I said Morocco! I heard from friends that Morocco is beautiful and the weather is nice too. One of their tourist attraction, Marakesh is one of my wish list to visit. So I hope hubby will get his new project in Morocco soon. Anyway..that is just my wish..I dont always get what I want anyway. Wish me best of luck! ;)

A Day At Male City

After 4 nights stayed in Huvafen Fushi, we headed to the Male city and stayed a night at the Holiday Inn hotel. Another surprise once we checked in that our room was upgraded! That's the advantages to sign in and join as member for a hotel. Holiday Inn has their branches around the world or I should say almost all the cities. The room designs are modern to stylish so definitely fits modern people like us! keke.....
Staff  pick up from the jetty.
Holiday Inn building. Notice that only few units that has balcony? We were upgraded to that room!
 Inside the room.
Bed facing the ocean again. LOVE IT.
 View from the balcony.
 Seperated toilets.

After checked in, we hired a local tour guide to bring us around the city. At first, I thought the tour guide will provide us a car to bring us around. Surprisingly, the tour guide told us that we can go around the town in just 45 minutes by FOOT! Male is the smallest capital in the world and that's the reason we can always travel by our own feet.
Introducing their local food, fish cake and fish soup. Nothing fancy nor delicious :(
According to my tour guide, this is the largest coral building in the world. Basically is a praying mosque and the building was build by corals.
Another Grand mosque. Our ex-prime minister was one of the sponsor.
Picture with my tour guide, Imad.
 Fish market.
Do you dare to buy? They just put the fishes on the floor.

After walking around the city, I bought some souveniers and back to the hotel. Hubby wanted to swim at the pool located at the rooftop of the building.
 Another nice view.
 Smiling from the heart :)

Huvafen Fushi, Maldives Review

There are about 200+ islands hotels in Maldives. There are midrange hotels to luxury hotels for you to choose in Maldives. Since we knew that we are going to celebrate our anniversary in Maldives, thus we spent some time on the research hoping that we could find the best hotel that fits our needs and expectations.

And finally, we chose Huvafen Fushi! We chose to stay at the Lagoon Bungalow with a private swimming pool. You may check the price from the website as they have promotion from time to time. During our time, we had an offer to stay 4 nights but just pay for 3 nights stays. We spent for about USD4000 after tax for our stay 5 days and 4 nights in Huvafen Fushi including breakfast. Our package is not including lunch and dinner. You can settle your lunch at Celcius and dinner at 3 differents restaurants, either Raw, Celcius or Salt. Just bear in mind, if you plan to have dinner at Salt, reservation is needed. Well, let me share some pictures of the room during our stay :)
Huvafen Fushi staff will pick you up from the airport.
Free luxury speed boat transfer to the island. It took about 30 minutes. If you wish to take seaplane, they can arrange for it and they will charge around USD100 per head. If you are taking seaplane to Huvafen Fushi, it takes about 15 minutes only. So for 15 minutes, do you think it's worth?
Lagoon Bungalow! LOVE IT!
Free champagne and sushi upon arrival to the room.
I like the idea of sleeping facing the lagoon. It's totally refreshing when you wake up and smell the breeze from the ocean once you open the door.
Wardrobe and coffee maker.
The BEST thing in the room!

If you worry someone would peep you, just press on a remote and the blinder will automatically come down. Personally, I never do that because I always do bubble bath so that I can enjoy the view at the same time. Haha...
You can take afternoon nap here while your partner swimming or snorkelling. Isn't that fantastic?

Huvafen Fushi has the 1st underwater Spa that makes a great attraction. You can watch the beautiful corals and fishes swimming around while enjoying the massage. It's not aquarium afterall, it's natural! There is a reflection mirror on the floor so that you can enjoy the view when your heads down.
You can get your snorkelling equipments and flipper at the diving school for free. Life jacket is available in the room. Basically, you can snorkel to see the corals anytime and anywhere you want.
Infinity pool near to Celcius restaurant.
Library available for you to get some novels, DVDs or online here in case you didn't bring your own laptop.
 Gym room :)

I would love to say for the whole vacation period in Huvafen Fushi, we were totally relaxed! Every day we had enough good food, good sleep and most important fresh air! Life is just so great if we could own it forever. That's what we want, away from city life, back to the nature but in the same time enjoying the luxuries in the room. This vacation definitely brought back good memories to us. I always wonder why those Hongkie in TVB series always dream to go Maldives and after I experienced it, I would love to go Maldives every year!

Huvafen Fushi definitely highly recomended. Though it is a little bit pricey, but believe me, it's definitely worth the money and you will not regret at all. Manager and staffs were friendly and the food was good too! Every day there will have special events like cocktail party, feed the stingray, soccer beach, and etc for you. Thus you will never feel bored at all. Plan your next vacation to Huvafen Fushi, Maldives now!! :)

Memories in Huvafen Fushi, Maldives

Time flies and I miss Huvafen so much! My vacation in Maldives is one of the most relaxing trip so far. The environment, scenery and the breeze was so tempting and refreshing! Every night, hubby and I sleep soundly and woke up with a great weather welcoming us every morning. Don't forget the "naughty bird" that always try to steal our food :)
Introducing the "Naughty Bird".
 He prefers pancake than omlette.
Funny pic taken by the waiter. And ya, I recorded how the "naughty bird" stole my pancake!
 A refreshing morning!

Basically, I could spend all my time in my room. The water bungalow is just too comfort! With the swimming pool in front of my bed and Bose surround sound, VIOLA~~~~~~~
This is the most luxury hotel room I had so far...LOVE IT!

Another happy moments was the stingray feeding time. We were so close to them and of course I was afraid being stung by its tail.
Everyday, there is a stingray feeding time from 5PM to 6PM. There are 5 to 6 big stingrays swim to the shore to get their food.
Hubby went so near to the stingray! And the stingray keep flipping its arm to welcome hubby :)
Cocktail party with free flows of alcohols! And even my coconut was added with margarita.
Finger foods were yummilicious too :)
Just camwhore under the tree. The wooden box that I sat was cold drinks storage.
Love this picture too.
This is the snorkelling spot. We took some pictures before we get wet.
Bed swing for you to enjoy the breeze from the ocean.
Afternoon walk can be romantic too!
Our "toy story" kite from Hamleys.
The infinity pool.
 Isn't that great???
 The mineral jacuzzi pool.
 Lazy around outside the library.
Ready for the SPA!
 Gym by the ocean~

Thanks hubby for the anniversary vacation and hope we have many many years more to be together. I have so much to share with you. Love you!
